unilegion organises and finances the assertion of claims for recovery and damages. We specialise in cases where a large number of companies are affected by the same event, but their respective claims for recovery or damages are too small to justify an often costly individual legal enforcement.In these cases, we enable the affected parties to enforce their rights by bringing together the claims of many companies and enforcing them jointly.

In order to develop a scalable platform for each case we apply potent process standardisation and automation tools in combination with data analysis.

We cooperate with renowned law firms and - where necessary - external investors in order to achieve the best possible enforcement of our clients' claims.

Our headquarters are in Munich. Through specialised teams, we are also active outside Germany, notably in France, Italy, the Netherlands and Poland. Thanks to our experience in building new platforms, we can also set up teams in other countries in a short time if required.
